It is used for the recovery of wastes in the wild, and can be used to recover fluids such as sewage, sludge, thick matter and semi-solid particles.
Device Configuration
1. Equipped with vacuum system, optional imported vacuum acquisition equipment, special muffler or muffler; vacuum measurement: equipped with shock-proof stainless steel vacuum meter ( -0.1-0MPa ) .
2. Buffer tank setting.
Carbon steel is welded and formed, and vacuum leak detection is provided, and a liquid level sensor, a pressure relief valve, a blowdown valve, and an external interface are provided.
3. Pipe connection.
The exhaust port is provided with a metal expansion flange to prevent tearing and damage to the equipment caused by metal expansion and contraction at high temperatures; a pipeline filter and a 304 stainless steel wafer check valve are installed at the air inlet .
4. Electrical control system.
( 1 ) The motor is preferably a first-class explosion-proof motor, and the explosion-proof certificate is provided according to the delivery time.
( 2 ) The soft start of the motor is safer, more energy efficient, and prolongs the service life of the motor. At the same time, a motor protection unit will be provided.
( 3 ) Equipped with various safety protection devices to ensure that the system can operate safely under its harsh working conditions;
( 4 ) There is a liquid level sensor at the bottom of the buffer tank. When the resistance reaches a certain value, the negative pressure vacuum system will automatically stop.
( 5 ) The entire strong power unit is integrated in the explosion-proof control cabinet. The explosion-proof control cabinet is selected from the first-class brand and provides an explosion-proof certificate.
5. Spare parts.
One set of spare parts for the consumable parts of this equipment is provided . According to customer requirements, mud rock chip boxes and special flexible connecting pipes can be selected.
